BACOLOD City – A lifeless man was found in a room of a pension house in Dumaguete City.
Police were still trying to determine how the 58-year-old Gaudencio Verdida died.
Investigators were still getting more information about the man as of this writing.
Verdida was temporarily staying in Room F3 of Crisfil Pension House in Barangay Piapi.
Another occupant, Jeylon Paul Balucan, sensed a foul odor upon passing by Room F3 on Wednesday. Balucan opened the room’s jalousie window and found Verdida, a police report showed.
Pension house owner Dinah Buhisan reported the discovery to the police./PN
