CAPIZ – A motorcycle-driving deliveryman crashed against another motorcycle early evening on Thursday, July 22, in Barangay Tugas, Mambusao town.
Jeffrey Abanes Dela Vega was a 30-year-old resident of Barangay Mangoso, Sigma, Capiz. He died while being treated at the district hospital in Mambusao.
The driver of the motorcycle, 33-year-old Vincent Ryan Salas De la Torre of Barangay Loctugan, Roxas City, was taken to the Sen. Gerardo Roxas District Memorial Hospital in nearby Dao, Capiz.
Police said it was a head-on collision. Dela Torre was allegedly out of his lane./PN
