ILOILO City – A Filipino-Japanese man was arrested on Washington Street, Barangay Benedicto, Jaro district.
Shoichi Ushiyama, 32, a resident of Barangay Guzman-Jesena, Mandurriao district, is facing domestic violence charges, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:10 a.m. yesterday.
Ushiyama was brought to the Jaro police station.
A P72,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
