ILOILO City – A 30-year-old resident of Barangay Poblacion Norte, Maayon, Capiz was arrested for two crimes.
Ivisan police officers served Christian Unarce with two arrest warrants — for attempted homicide and for acts of lasciviousness — in Barangay Guinbi-alan, Maayon around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Unarce will have to post a P132,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty — P120,000 for the attempted homicide charge and P12,000 for the acts of lasciviousness charge.
Regional Trial Court Branch 15 (Roxas City) Presiding Judge Alma Delfin issued the warrant for attempted homicide, while Municipal Circuit Trial Court Dao-Ivisan Presiding Judge Ramcez John Honrado issued the one for acts of lasciviousness./PN
