BACOLOD City – Charged with murder, a driver was arrested in Barangay Alicante, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Police served a warrant of arrest to 36-year-old Rene Ditchella Jr., a resident of the town’s Hacienda Bacong.
He was taken to the police station around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 13.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 (Silay City, Negros Occidental) did not recommend a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
