ILOILO – A drug pushing suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation of the police in Barangay Namocon, Tigbauan town on July 18.
Forty-four-year-old Randolf Dionisio of Barangay Salvacion, Habog- Habog, Molo, Iloilo City faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
He was taken to the Tigbauan police station.
According Police Lieutenant Mary Jane Panes, chief of police of Tigbauan, police operatives recovered 23 sachets of suspected shabu valued at P408,000.
Prior to the buy-bust the suspect – who was temporarily living with relatives in Barangay Namocon – was placed under surveillance for almost a month.
Several strangers were monitored visiting the suspect./PN
