BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a laborer in a drug sting operation in Barangay Zone 7, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Nine suspected shabu valued at around P20,000 were recovered from resident 41-year-old Ruther Ramirez, a police report showed.
The suspect was caught after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P500 on Jan. 29.
He was detained in the Talisay City police station lockup cell, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
