BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in a stakeout operation in Purok Maghiliugyon, Barangay 35.
The 32-year-old Gilbert Obianda of Barangay Handumanan was caught by the Police Station 1 around 2:20 a.m. on Aug. 27, a police report showed.
Recovered from Obianda was a sachet of shabu, police said.
He was detained and facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
