BACOLOD City – A drug suspect was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Talacagay, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental.
He was 54-year-old Eldefonso Lecera Sr., a resident of the village, police said.
The Hinoba-an police staged Thursday’s entrapment, which led to the seizure of four sachets of suspected shabu, a cellphone, P500 marked money, and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
