ILOILO City – A drunken man was arrested for physically assaulting a 19-year-old lad in Mandurriao district.
Lemon Sason was detained at the Mandurriao police station custodial facility.
Sason was accused of striking Roben Eli with a pointed object on the chest, a police report showed.
Eli, a native of Makato, Aklan temporary residing in Barangay Oñate De Leon, Mandurriao, sustained wounds and bruises, police said.
The victim was on a phone call with his girlfriend when attacked at around 12:55 a.m. on Oct. 12, the police report stated./PN
