BACOLOD City – A drunken man fell off a bridge in Barangay Tubtuban, Sibulan, Negros Oriental and drowned.
Before Anthony Arbon, 52, of Barangay Boloc-boloc, Sibulan fell into the water around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 7, his head hit a concrete dike, a police report showed.
Police responded to the area and rushed Arbon to the Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital in Dumaguete City where he was pronounced “dead on arrival.”/PN
