BACOLOD City – Officers from Police Station 1 caught a drunken man in Barangay 13. The man was causing alarm and scandal, residents said.
Resident Joeree Robles was arrested after a complaint was filed against him before the police station.
According to the complaint, Robles – who was wielding an improvised gun sulpak – was shouting at people in the village.
The police recovered from Robles the gun and two 12-gauge cartridges.
The arrest happened on Tuesday.
Robles was detained and facing charges for alarm and scandal and violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
