ILOILO — Officers of the Dueñas Municipal Police Station (MPS) apprehended one of the municipality’s most wanted men.
The 55-year-old alias “Tatay Ado,” married and a resident of Dueñas, was arrested on January 10 in Barangay Poblacion D. He is facing charges for qualified rape by sexual assault under Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code as amended in relation to Section (B) of Republic Act 7610.
Dueñas cops were armed with a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Sixth Judicial Region Branch 6 in Dumangas, Iloilo on December 19, 2025, with a recommended P180,000 bail bond.
The suspect, tagged as Dueñas’ No. 9 most wanted, was detained at Dueñas MPS pending turnover to the court concerned./PN
