ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a 42-year-old resident of Roxas City turned himself in to the police.
Mercury Dagumanpan of Barangay Tiza was placed under the custody of the Roxas City police station.
Dagumanpan “voluntarily surrendered” to the police at around 11 a.m. on March 2 in Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City, a police report showed.
The bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty was set at P10,000./PN
