ILOILO City – A former drug convict was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay
Camambugan, Balasan, Iloilo.
Thirteen sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P60,000 were seized from 28-year-old resident Khasmar Bacarro, a police report showed.
Bacarro was nabbed after he allegedly sold a sachet of illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P30,000 around 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 19.
Police investigations showed the suspect was recently released from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
Bacarro was detained in the custodial facility of the Balasan municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
