BACOLOD City – One vintage explosive was found yesterday morning in a sugarcane field in La Carlota City.
Rembert Erega, 33, discovered the explosive while he was conducting a road maintenance inspection in Hacienda Fe, Barangay Batuan.
The explosive was brought to the Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office for proper disposition./PN
