BACOLOD City – An alleged fake physician was caught in an entrapment operation outside a bakeshop in this city.
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) operatives arrested Michaela Temporosa after issuing “prescription” to Renalyn Ordaniel around 8 p.m. on April 25.
The NBI led Atty. Renoir Baldovino staged the operation after Ordaniel complained to them that she did not get any return of investment after pouring P300,000 into a networking business that involves Temporosa.
Ordaniel said Temporosa enticed her to invest in their company that sells food supplements to patients who consults with the latter.
The NBI discovered that Temporosa was not registered with the Board of Medicine of the Professional Regulatory Commission.
Temporosa was detained in the NBI office here./PN
