ROXAS City – A farmer was found dead near a creek in Barangay Badiangon, President Roxas, Capiz. He was electrocuted, police said.

Residents discovered the 67-year-old JolitoBangud on Sunday, a police report showed.

According to the investigators, Bundad was on his way to his farm when he accidentally touched the live wire hanging from the electrical post of the Capiz Electric Cooperative in the area.

Bundad sustained burns all over his body, according to Inspector Jerome Manahan, municipal police chief./PN
