Fire leaves P30K damage

BACOLOD City – Properties worth around P30,000 all went up in smoke after fire struck Barangay Aguisan in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.

According to arson investigators, the blaze broke out around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday from the house owned by Joebert Seldon, quickly spreading to neighboring houses made of lights materials. 

The fire destroyed the houses of Seldon, Bernie Valdevia, Fidal Valdevia, Ernesto Importa, and Antonio Belle while houses owned by Renante Belle and Salde Cordero were damaged, the report said.  

Authorities have yet to identify the cause of the fire./PN
