ILOILO – Two houses were totally gutted by fire at around 4:45 p.m. on April 19 in Barangay Central, Ajuy.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection, the houses were owned by Romulo Candido, 56. They had a combined value of P2,120,000.
The fire started at Candido’s room.
Curtains caught fire allegedly from a lighter that a boy was toying.
A fire-out was declared at around 5:50 p.m./PN
