ILOILO City – This city’s No. 3 most wanted man accused of eight counts of rape was arrested yesterday in Barangay Rima Rizal, City Proper.
Joemary Ricopuerte, 43, was taken to the La Paz police station. He was a resident of Barangay Alalasan, La Paz.
The suspect was served with an arrest warrant at around a.m.
The court did not allow him to post bail./PN
