ILOILO City – A fisherman charged with frustrated homicide was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Sapian, Capiz.
The 26-year-old Ryan Olilang of Barangay Lonoy, Sapian was taken to the municipal police station.
His apprehension around 3 p.m. on Aug. 26 was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, a police report showed.
A bail bond worth P72,000 was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
