BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated robbery, a man was arrested in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The 31-year-old Ritchell Acaling of Barangay Lantad was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on March 29, a police report showed.
Officers of the Silay City police station served the warrant issued by Judge Felipe Banzon of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City dated March 10, 2009.
Acaling was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station.
The court recommended a P12,000 for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
