ILOILO – The No. 2 wanted person in the municipality of Leganes – a man charged with five counts of rape – was arrested in Barangay Guintas, Leganes.
Nhel Mark Anas, 19, was served with an arrest warrant on March 22 at about 9:30 a.m. in the barangay.
He was taken to the municipal police station. No bail bond was recommended by the court for his temporary liberty./PN
