Globe Telecom is expanding its customer experience offerings with new technologies, partnerships, rewards and personalized services designed to provide Filipinos with greater convenience and value from their connectivity.

Through its latest The Blueprint initiative this August, Globe highlighted new products and experiences aimed at helping customers get more from their mobile and home internet connections, from easier access to services and more relevant offers to entertainment, fitness, mobility and travel benefits.

The latest Blueprint builds on the company’s earlier initiatives, which focused on how connectivity enables Filipinos to work, learn, earn, move and stay connected with the people who matter to them.

This time, Globe is placing greater emphasis on personalization and making connectivity more useful in customers’ everyday lives.

“Connectivity means different things at different moments for every customer,” Globe Chief Marketing Officer KD Dizon said. “Our goal is to understand those moments and make the Globe experience work around them, strengthening the systems and applications customers use, making them more dependable and reliable.”

Among the initiatives unveiled was the return of 917 GDay 2026, Globe’s annual celebration of its customers, which will feature rewards, surprises and experiences.

Globe also introduced Globe Circle, a program recognizing customers who use Globe for both their mobile and home connectivity. Members will have access to additional benefits, rewards and experiences across their relationship with the company.

The telecommunications firm likewise announced new offers and partnerships covering roaming, digital lifestyle and home internet services.

Customers can access experiences involving short-form entertainment platform ReelShort, fitness platform Strava and Meta AI, providing additional ways to enjoy entertainment, wellness and digital services through their Globe connection.

New roaming and home internet offers are also intended to provide customers with greater flexibility and value while traveling or staying connected at home.

Globe is also promoting more sustainable mobility through Green GSM, an all-electric ride-hailing service that uses VinFast electric vehicles. The initiative provides customers with an alternative mobility option while giving drivers opportunities to participate in the transition to electric transportation.

Meanwhile, Globe’s mobile brand TM is marking its 25th anniversary with a year-long celebration featuring rewards, everyday value and community experiences.

Nationwide TeaM Fair caravans will bring games, activities and prizes closer to customers in different communities, leading up to the TeaM Fair Concert on September 12, featuring Dionela and SB19.

Globe said the initiatives reflect its effort to move connectivity beyond simply providing access, instead creating more personalized value, benefits and experiences that align with how customers live, work, travel and spend their leisure time./PN
