ILOILO City – West Visayas State University-Main Campus dominated the recently held Tinapayan Chocolate Olympics and Bartending Showdown Year 7 on Sept. 23 at The Atrium. Elegant trophies and big cash prizes were up for grabs for this year’s competition.
The winners were:
Champion: West Visayas State University-Main Campus
