ILOILO City – Rommel Estember was charged with murder, a police report showed.
The 25-year-old resident of Barangay Santa Teresa, Jordan, Guimaras was listed as the No. 2 most wanted person of the Guimaras Police Provincial Office.
Three police units went to Barangay La Paz, Hamtic, Antique to arrest him at around 6:30 a.m. yesterday.
The Hamtic police station took him in custody.
No bail bond has been recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty, the police report stated.
Aside from the Hamtic police station, officers from the Jordan police station, Sibalom police station (Antique) and the Antique Police Provincial Office’s Provincial Intelligence Branch helped arrest Estember./PN
