GUIMARAS — The Province of Guimaras earned national recognition after being named Best Dressed Booth at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) National Food Fair 2026 held in Metro Manila.

The award is given to the booth that demonstrates the most visually appealing and well-organized presentation, offering visitors an engaging and inviting experience through creative displays and clear branding.

Representing Booths 192–194, Guimaras stood out for its cohesive visual design, organized product arrangement, and strong branding. The booth also featured welcoming and professional personnel, contributing to a seamless shopping and dining experience for visitors.

According to the Department of Trade and Industry Region VI (DTI-6), the recognition reflects the province’s excellence in showcasing its local products, particularly those produced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Beyond the award, Guimaras also recorded strong commercial success during the fair, with its world-famous mangoes selling out completely.

The DTI-6 expressed gratitude to all visitors who supported the Guimaras booth and its local producers throughout the event.

The agency emphasized that the achievement highlights the competitiveness and growing prominence of Western Visayas MSMEs on the national stage./PN
