BACOLOD City – A 58-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Da-an Banwa, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Armed with a search warrant, policemen raided the house of Ronnie Francisco around 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 7.
They recovered a .45 pistol and bullets with no pertinent documents, a police report showed.
Francisco was taken to the Kabankalan City police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act would be filed against him./PN
