BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in Barangay Rafaela Barrera, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
A 9mm-caliber revolver with four live bullets were seized from 34-year-old resident Ramil Divinigracia.
Residents called the police after the suspect allegedly fired his gun around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Divinigracia failed to show pertinent papers proving his legal ownership of the weapon, police said.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Sagay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
