BACOLOD City – Inside a jail facility was where a man landed after police caught him carrying a gun at the public plaza in Barangay Poblacion, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
He was the 25-year-old Archiele Encarquez of Barangay San Isidro, Toboso, a police report showed.
Police recovered an improvised shotgun loaded with four live bullets and black holster from Encarguez around 10:10 p.m. on Saturday.
Encarguez was drunk when police arrested him.
He was detained at the Toboso police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
