ILOILO City – In Barangay Santa Felomina, Arevalo district, a pharmacy worker accused a man she identified as a “regular customer” of stealing her mobile phone.
Queenie Alba, 35, of Barangay San Antonio, Molo, reported to the police that her Oppo Neo 5 went missing.
She said she believed the 30-year-old Mark Luna of Barangay San Jose, Arevalo took it.
Upon leaving The Generic Pharmacy to buy electronic cellphone load across the street at around 8:25 a.m. on Jan. 8, Alba saw Luna standing in front of the establishment, a police report showed.
When Alba returned, Luna boarded his motorcycle and left. That was when Alba found water bottles scattered at the pharmacy and her phone worth P5,300 gone, the report stated.
Luna cannot be reached for comment as of this writing. The incident was referred to the barangay lupon./PN
