BACOLOD City – A “high-value” drug suspect was arrested in a sting operation in Barangay Vista Alegre.
Operatives of Police Station 7 staged Saturday’s entrapment that led to the arrest of resident Edwin Salmingo.
Seized from Salmingo were 12 grams of suspected shabu worth P81,600 and P500 marked money, a police report showed
