BACOLOD City – Police arrested a “high-value” suspect in a drug sting operation in Barangay Bata.
Suspected shabu weighing about 55 grams valued at around P364 was confiscated from resident Reniel Alipato, police said.
Antidrug operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental staged the operation that lead to the arrest Alipato on Tuesday.
Alipato was placed under the custody of the PDEA-Negros Occidental.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
