BACOLOD City – A rape suspect was arrested in Barangay 2 Poblacion, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 45-year-old laborer Danilo Bardoc of Barangay Daug, Hinobaan, Negros Occidental was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:20 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City issued the warrant dated Oct. 26, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Kabankalan City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for Bardoc’s temporary liberty./PN
