BACOLOD City – Charged with homicide, a laborer was nabbed in Barangay Crossing Magallon, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year-old resident Romel Untal was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant around 10 a.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental dated Nov. 11, 2019.
Untal was detained in the custodial facility of the Moises Padilla police station.
A P40,000 bail bond was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
