ILOILO City – Fifteen years of hiding are over.
Charged with attempted homicide, a resident of Barangay Dacutan, Dumangas, Iloilo was arrested on Sept. 4.
The 54-year-old Percival Acelon was detained at the municipal police station around 10:30 a.m.
Police said Acelon went into hiding after allegedly committing the crime in Dumangas in 2002.
Officers served him an arrest warrant issued by Judge Evelio Ilanga of the Dumangas Municipal Trial Court. Judge Ilanga set the bail bond at P12,000./PN
