ILOILO City – No bail bond was recommended for a rape suspect arrested in Ibajay, Aklan.
The 32-year-old Louie Tumaca was taken to the Ibajay police station around 7:10 p.m. on Friday.
Presiding Judge Bienvenido Barrios Jr. of the Regional Trial Court issued the arrest warrant.
Tumaca was a laborer. He was served the arrest warrant by the police at his house in Barangay Buenavista, Ibajay./PN
