BACOLOD City – Charged with illegal gambling, a man was nabbed in Barangay 19, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Fritz Hubierna, 43, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:10 p.m. on July 14, police said.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Evelyn Arsenio of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities dated July 2, 2020.
The suspect was taken to the Victorias City police station.
The court recommended a P15,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
