BACOLOD City – A man in Sagay City, Negros Occidental was facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Chief Inspector Robert Mansueto, head of the Sagay City police, identified the man as the 20-year-old Charlie Antrone “Toto” Garcia of Barangay Tab-ao, Sagay City.

Police arrested Garcia around 2:30 a.m. yesterday in Barangay Oblation 2, Sagay City.

Recovered from Garcia were a 12-gauge improvised shotgun locally known as sulpak loaded with a live bullet and another bullet, police said.
