BACOLOD City – Police served a warrant of arrest to a resident of Barangay Mansalanao, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Jade Escala was charged with violation of Presidential Decree No. 1865, or the illegal trade of petroleum products, a police report showed.
The suspect was taken to the municipal police station around 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 1 in the town’s Barangay Robles.
A P30,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
