BACOLOD City – A 21-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Malingin, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Renzol Jay Secuelan was charged with “rape through sexual assault”, a police report showed.
He was caught around 10:10 a.m. on Sept. 1.
Judge Mary Jennifer Protasio-Arches of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 62 (Bago City) ordered Secuelan’s arrest.
The court set a P200,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Bago City police station./PN
