ILOILO City – Two men were stabbed in Barangay San Miguel, Jordan town in the island province of Guimaras.
Jared Sevilla, 19, of Barangay Constancia, San Lorenzo, Guimaras and Randy Dela Cruz, 20, of Cauayan, Negros Occidental were taken to the Dr. Catalino Gallego Nava Provincial Hospital in Jordan.
They were walking in the village at around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 29 when an unidentified man stabbed them using a knife, a police report showed.
Sevilla was hit on the neck and right shoulder. Dela Cruz, on the other hand, was wounded on the right side of the body.
Police have yet to identify the attacker and determine the motive as of this writing./PN
