BACOLOD City – He was listed as the No.4 most wanted person in the police station of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 64-year-old Perry Estoconi was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant for the crime of rape in Barangay Bantayan, Kabankalan City around 12:30 p.m. on March 3, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City dated Jan. 16, 2017.
Estoconi was detained in the lockup facility of the Kabankalan City police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
