ILOILO City – In Barangay Rizal, La Paz district, a police antidrug operation yesterday led to the arrest of two suspects.
Residents Reynante Labores and Marvin Magayon were hauled to the La Paz police station lock-up cell. A suspected cohort – Roggie Argamaso – escaped.
Undercover police officers bought a sachet of shabu from the suspects around 12:40 a.m., a police report showed.
A total of 12 sachets of shabu and the P500 buy-bust money were further seized from Labores and Magayon./PN
