BACOLOD City – After a decade of searching, the police finally arrested a laborer charged with murder and attempted murder in Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Ramon Rio, 42, was a resident of the city’s Barangay Concepcion.
He had been wanted in Bago City, Negros Occidental, police said.
Rio was caught around 11 a.m. on Oct. 27.
Judge Frances V. Guanzon of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 62 (Bago City) recommended no bail for the suspect’s murder charge while P120,000 for his attempted murder case.
