BACOLOD City – Charged with robbery and theft, a laborer was caught on Burgos Street, Barangay 8, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Officers arrested resident Roljohn Cabarles, 21, at around 11:20 a.m. on Tuesday, according to Superintendent Rhea Santos, Kabankalan police head.
Assistant Judge Rosario Ester Orda-Caise of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan issued the arrest warrants against the suspect on June 20.
Judge Caise set the bail bond at P24,000 for the robbery charge and P10,000 for the theft charge, police said.
Cabarles was detained at the Kabankalan City police station custodial facility./PN
