ILOILO City – Charged with carnapping, an 18-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Poblacion, Banate, Iloilo.
Mar Bangcaya of Barangay Mandu-awak, San Dionisio, Iloilo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m. on April 5, police said.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Banate police station.
A P300,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
