BACOLOD City – For alleged possession of illegal drugs, a 16-year-old boy was arrested in Barangay 5, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police said they were conducting police visibility patrol around 10:30 p.m. on May 30 when they caught the lad throwing something down the road. The police checked and found a sachet of suspected shabu.
The suspect was placed under the custody of the city’s Department of Social Welfare and Development./PN
