BACOLOD City – Facing concubinage charges, an American was arrested in Barangay 2, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Rodolfo Mungaray, 70, was a native of Texas, United States of America and currently residing in Luzville Subdivision in Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:25 a.m. on May 28.
Judge Manuel Lopez of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Kabankalan City issued the arrest warrant on May 25.
The suspect was detained at the Kabankalan City police station.
A P30,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty.
It was unclear, as of this writing, if Murangay posted bail./PN
